PROJECT SUMMARY
Tryon International Equestrian Center is a new economic cluster centered around the development of a world class equestrian center.
The 1,600 acre site is a diverse cluster consisting of agri-business, hospitality (i.e. hotels, rental cabins, inns, RV park), restaurants, retail centers, golf, spa, sports complex including tennis and a fitness center, and a wide array of pool and water features.
The project has over 800 building sites, including hundreds of condominium and custom homes.

Tryon International Equestrian Center is located in the heart of Horse and Vineyard Country in Tryon, North Carolina between 3 metropolitan markets: Greenville/Spartanburg; Asheville; and Charlotte, North America’s 2nd largest financial center.
There are 3 airports located within a 1 hour drive from the facility, and 1 private airport within a 30 minute drive from the facility. In addition, Tryon Resort has been approved for a commercial heliport.
The resort is situated in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, which is one of the most temperate climates in the US and attracts many people and businesses. Towns such as Hendersonville, Columbus, Saluda, Landrum, and Tryon are located within a 20 minute drive and provide an abundance of quaint shops, galleries, restaurants and inviting main streets.
